In February, The Whistler Real Estate Company presented the 2019 View From Here event. This year’s theme was Charting the Course. The goal of this year’s event was to provide insight into the many factors that impact Whistler’s business and investment environment.
The afternoon began with an overview of the macro framework that decision making works within in Whistler. This overview included a look at market trends, real estate markets, and the business community.

Following a short break, the panel speakers, representing various local organizations representing government, tourism, first nations, education, and the arts, took to the stage individually to answer the question “What do you see as the role of your organization within the vision of Whistler? What are the opportunities, challenges, and projects that you anticipate and plan to address within the next 5 years?”
